Spinel structure. The relative dielectric constant is about 20, and the tangent value of the dielectric loss angle is about (1-3) × 10-4. The main raw materials are titanium dioxide and magnesite, with a small amount of clay and fluorite added to improve sintering performance. It is fired using general electronic ceramic technology in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1400-1470 ℃. Adjusting the titanium magnesium ratio in the formula can obtain materials with a dielectric constant and temperature coefficient near zero. Widely used in the manufacturing of thermally stable ceramic capacitors and microwave dielectric resonators.
